Randy has an extensive background in the home buying process and has been helping home owners and home buyers achieve their dreams for over 18 years. In addition to being an American Society of Home Inspectors certified home and certified mold inspector, Randy is also an instructor with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He teaches multiple courses and classes to prospective home inspectors, home buyers and real estate agents on home inspections and the home inspection process. Outside of work, Randy can be found chasing his two toddler-aged daughters and chocolate Labrador retriever.

John is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified home inspector, as well as, a Certified Master Home Inspector with InterNACHI. He is certified as a residential mold inspector, a commercial mold inspector, and mold remediator by the National Association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors (NAMRI). He has been inspecting houses for nearly 10 years with thousands of inspections under his belt. His passion for homes comes from over 10 years of construction experience, from managing jobsites to building additions. In addition to performing inspections, he also serves as Blue Crabs operations manager. When he is not crawling in attics and crawl spaces, you can find him in the Great Outdoors on the water or in the Mountains spending time with his family and friends.

Daniel is a Certified Professional Inspector and Certified Mold Inspector through INTERNACHI, as well as a Certified Residential Thermographer through Monroe Infrared. The son of a carpenter, Daniel grew up with a hammer in his hand. Daniel brings years of experience helping buyers make educated decisions, while offering world class service. When not on the job, Daniel can be found with his chocolate lab on the water with friends and family.

Josh is an experienced, professional home inspector. He is an International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Certified home inspector and is fully State compliant and licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He has extensive background in construction and risk management. Josh has an unparalleled understanding of his client needs, and how best to educate them so they feel fully informed and well-equipped as new homeowners. Josh earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA. In his free time he enjoys live music and all things outdoors.

Nick is an American Society of Home Inspectors certified home inspector as well as a certified mold inspector. Nick brings to our team nearly 20 years of experience in the home improvement and construction fields. Nick, enjoys working out and fishing off his pier; a father to two young girls and three dogs, is also a talented musician who can play almost any instrument from guitar to piano to drums.

CJ is a certified home inspector through the American Society of Home Inspectors and a certified mold inspector. He is a graduate of Salisbury University where he studied marketing and enjoyed working with several nonprofit organizations. Years of serving and bartending experience have shaped his view on customer relations. CJ is a musician who enjoys spending time with his family, traveling around the United States, and going to concerts on his days off of work.

Howard is a Certified Professional Inspector with Internachi. Howard brings years of home maintenance and repair to his home inspection career. Before joining Blue Crab, Howard had an extensive career in Executive Management which has enabled him to excel in personal relationships and communication skills. When not hard at work inspecting, Howard can be found out hunting, training his Chocolate Labrador, or spending time with his two kids and wife.

Brad holds numerous home inspection certifications including American Society of Home Inspectors, Internachi, mold, radon and residential thermography. He started his home inspection career in 2017 but has over 10 years of experience in construction and maintenance. Brad also spends his time focusing on his restaurant and real estate ventures. When he's not working, he can usually be found on the water with family and friends.
