We recommend that houses older than 20 years have a sewer scope performed. The last thing we want is for you to have a negative experience in your new home. One of the best ways to prevent unforeseen sewage issues this is to have a sewer scope performed.

During a sewer scope we are looking for cracks in the pipes, standing water, tree roots, and any possible separation in the pipes. We can also see grease deposits, egg shells and other household items obstructing the plumbing. The sewer scope entails using a camera to view your main plumbing line that connects to to the local municipality (Sewer Main). Upon completion of this inspection you will receive a video of the sewer line along with any recommendations based off the findings.
